DIGITAL CONTENT MINI SERIES + PAID PARTNERSHIP WITH HYUNDAI
Disney and Hyundai Motors partnered together to support the exciting launch of a limited edition Disney 100th Anniversary Hyundai Ioniq 5. Our team was tasked with creating a Social-driven content series that would organically highlight and promote the specialized vehicle and its abundance of exciting Disney-specific features. Instantly, we knew how important it was to the Disney brand to simultaneously bolster 100 years of history. It was decided that we’d take viewers on a road trip, stopping at four iconic locations that have played an important part within Disney’s 100 years. Of course, we needed a pilot to guide us on this journey, but what would be better than one well-known Disney aficionado leading the way? Two! Real life buddies John Stamos and Josh Peck happily jumped on-board this project as our co-captains, and away we went on what came to be an adventure packed with hilarious, information-filled moments in a top-of-the-line electric car packed with magical Disney touches.
We strategically clipped bite-sized, highly engaging moments to post on Social with the intention to drive captured audiences to the four long-form episodes on Youtube. The content was very well-received, with the episodes collectively garnering 4.2M views. The limited run of 1000 vehicles sold out completely, marking this co-branded promotion an all-around success.
